Spitzer Returns To Politics

Former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer, who resigned in 2008 amid a prostitution scandal, launched his bid for New York City Comptroller on Monday July 8th, collecting petition signatures in Union Square to secure his place on the ballot while surrounded by a throng of reporters, onlookers, and some hecklers. BTR Pulse’s Lauren Hawker spoke to people about Sptizer’s attempted return to elected office and how it may compare to Anthony Weiner’s comeback attempt.
