NYC Restaurant Week is the time of year when restaurateurs showcase their menus in pre fixe fashion at manageable prices, allowing everyone from casual diners to intense foodies to try out a variety of cuisines and experiences they may not normally partake of. BTR Pulse’s Lauren Hawker visited Gramercy Terrace, where she spoke with General Manager Tyler Vaughan and Head Chef Jeff Seizer about the restaurant’s menu and the benefits of the event. NYC Restaurant Week ends February 8th.
