Wintersleep are a Juno Award-winning Canadian indie rock band from Yarmouth, Nova Scotia comprised of Paul Murphy, Loel Campbell, Tim D’Eon, Chris Bell, and Jon Samuel. Well into their third decade of the band, the group has a well-established, rich sound rooted in rock with touches of folk that has kept them sounding fresh and innovative all along. Notably, they pack their extremely hooky songs with poignant lyrics and self-reflective, critical storytelling that brings you in closer on each listen. It was exciting to have them in for this fantastic session at Serious Business Music in Brooklyn.
In The Land Of is available now from Dine Alone Records.
