Daughter Of Swords is the new project from the Durham, NC-based songwriter Alexandra Sauser-Monnig, whose voice will be familiar to listeners of her band Mountain Man. Here, she breaks out on her own for this solo folk endeavor, with honest storytelling and strong vocals accompanied by sparsely strummed guitars in a bold performance at Serious Business Music in Brooklyn.
