Laura Burhenn, a Los Angeles-based musician who has toured with Bright Eyes and The Postal Service, is the songwriter at the core of the Mynabirds project. The band, which is filled out by various friends in the studio and on stage, makes expertly crafted indie-pop that showcases Burhenn’s pristine, soulful vocals.
