During the 2014 SXSW Music Festival in Austin, Texas, the BTR Live Studio team set up shop at a lovely house on the East Side and invited bands to play music and chat in the backyard. Southern Tier Brewing Company provided beverages and the fine Austin weather did the rest.
Roman Remains is Liela Moss and Toby Butler from The Duke Spirit. This London-based duo (joined live by additional musicians) has crafted an album and live show full of fantastically dense, noisy, frenetic, fractured pop songs. For this special backyard session, they stripped their setup way down to acoustic instruments to play a couple of songs for us at the BTRhouse.
