Johanna Botta stops by to push some biscuits and sample the modern leisure and fun vintage vibe at The Royal Palms Shuffleboard Club, located in the burgeoning Gowanus neighborhood of Brooklyn. The world’s first shuffleboard night club, Royal Palms is housed in a 1919 Printing Press, has 18 shuffleboard courts, and offers tropical drinks and a variety of food — thanks to an ever-shifting lineup of food trucks that drive right into the building!
