​I​n continuing her summer search for the best ice cream experience, Chelsea White stopped by 10Below, which serves Thai-inspired rolled ice cream at their 5 NYC and LA shops. Named after both the temperature at which their ice cream is made and the fact that their flagship location (at 10 Mott Street) is below street level, this millennial-focused shop aims to make all their creations Instagram-worthy. Chelsea talks with co-founder Richard Tam about the inspiration behind 10Below before testing out a signature flavor and giving her rating.
