Mother of Pearl is a Polynesian-inspired, modern tiki bar located in the East Village neighborhood of New York City. This tropical escape within the city limits serves beautifully presented all-vegan fare, from pupu platters to colorful island-inspired cocktails. BreakThruTV’s Chelsea White, stopped by to talk with Beverage Director, Jane Danger, and to try Mother of Pearl’s signature cocktail, the “Shark Eye,” which features whiskey, bourbon, and passionfruit syrup.
