Thursday Kitchen is an Asian fusion restaurant in the East Village neighborhood of New York City. Restaurant owner, Chef Kay, creates dishes that are influenced by traditional Korean flavors and updated with other international inspirations. Chelsea White visited Thursday Kitchen to sample their Capri Thursday, a drink served in a pouch and made with Soju, Korea’s national liquor, and a take on the popular Korean street food, tteok-bokki.
