Inspired by the Anglo-Indian cooking of colonialism in India, The Royal Munkey serves European style dishes prepared with Indian spices and flavors. Chelsea White visited the restaurant to talk with Chef Derik Alfaro about the food and try some of the menu’s best sellers.
