Chelsea White heads down to NYC’s East Village to check out The Black Ant, an authentic Mexican restaurant. Taking inspiration, and ingredients, from the Oaxaca region in Mexico, The Black Ant works insects into its recipes in different ways, ranging from ant salt to grasshopper garnishes.
