Over the weekend, I came across spring onions, which I’ve not cooked with before. The first trip of the year to the local farmer’s market leads to a grilled vegetable recipe containing mushrooms, zucchini, stake potatoes, and onion. Cayenne pepper and thyme, among other spices, come together in this light summer side dish.
