I hope you enjoy this musical recap of the year, and I also hope that you check out BTR on Facebook, Twitter, tumblr, Pinterest, Instagram, and SoundCloud.

DJRePete kicks off your Wednesday on BTR with some high energy pop alt from Destroyer! Also, find out how to best keep tabs with BTR during CMJ coverage next week as well as where to tune in to plan your musical route. Plus, a wistful ballad by Soda Shop, trippy goodness with Unknown Mortal Orchestra, and punk with Joanna Gruesome. And don’t miss album news from the culture mashup band Delhi 2 Dublin. DJRePete’s got your midweek fix on BTR!
DJRePete closes out the month with the debut of the new album by Setting Sun, Nashville electronica via MYZICA, and apropos sweet ballads with Sweet Badoo. Also on the program, RePete revisits the live album by the Eels from the UK’s Royal Albert Hall, keeps tabs with Summer Camp and Little Boots, and gets lost in a track by Thee Oh Sees. Plus, zen out with a folk alt set complete with strings via Destroyer and The Ghoul Goes West. That’s your September finale with DJRePete on BTR!
It's already fall, who knew? Check out this killer grab-bag of rock and non-rock music alike... New stuff from Alex G, Air Waves, Mike Krol, and more! Guaranteed hits left and right. Have fun!
Happy Wednesday! We’re taking it back a little old school today and playing some Neutral Milk Hotel and Jookabox back when he was Grampall Jookabox. We’ve also got exciting new tract Destroyer and Frog Eyes on the show, and I rehash a new favorite from Fenster. Don’t forget to check out BTR on Facebook, Twitter, tumblr, Instagram, SoundCloud and Pinterest, too!
I love a crisp September Saturday. A crisp walk in the park, wearing a sweater, listening to great music. It doesn’t get better than that. BTR can take care of one of those three things (the sweater and the weather are out of our hands). But we do promise great music. So make sure to check out the show, and after, head on over to Facebook to give us a like!

It's the WEEKEND! Time for some WEEKENDER ROCK, courtesy of the Rock Show, of course! Hits from Mike Krol, Sarah Baethe Nelsen, Diana Coffee, and so many more!
We’ve got a big one today! New albums from Destroyer and Frog Eyes means that we’ve got debuts from two of New Weird America’s heaviest hitters. It’s not a competition, but if it were, they’d both be winning as far as I’m concerned. We’ve also got new tunes from Panda Bear, BOTANY, and The Diamond Center for you today. And don’t forget to like BTR on Facebook!

Today’s podcast is about the paradox in how the seemingly superficial, on-the-surface workings of our world have greater impacts than we image.
We’ve got three amazing new artists on the show today, all featuring some powerful female vocalists: Land Lines, Deradoorian, and Briana Marela. It’s really awesome to be able to play so much new music from women on the show. Plus, a really playful new track from Fenster and a now decade-old song from favorite Old Time Relijun. And as always, don’t forget to give BTR a like on Facebook!
It's now very deep into 2015, so I have very nobly taken it upon myself to create a wonderful set of some of my favorite music of the year SO FAR. Basically it's a heavy rock set with bands like Vexx, Toupee, Coneheads, etc., followed by a cool pop set with bands like Fred Thomas, Katie Dey, and Honey Radar. So much good stuff! Listen to it!
Start of your week with new music from LA Priest, Calvin Love, and Slow Down Molasses.
Happy Independence Day! It’s definitely not a bad one- health care is official, gay marriage is official, and it’s time to celebrate! We’ve got an Americana-focused show today, with a Woody Guthrie shoutout and even some gospel. I hope everyone enjoys this America-themed playlist at their outdoor BBQ, right beneath the best fireworks display you’ve ever seen!
It's "Throwback Week" on BTR, and The Music Digest is celebrating by picking throwback-related songs to review! HEAR US talk about new songs from Destroyer and Yo La Tengo, plus old songs from Painel de Controle, Pan Ron, Tunng, and Assa'd Khoury! Ahh, sweet memories...
