On March 3rd, 2012, the New Leaders Council hosted its first “Northeast Conversation” at Baruch College in New York City. During the event — which was meant to be a discussion about the future of the progressive movement and related issues — a number of political figures and experts spoke and took questions from the group’s membership. BTR correspondent Matt DeMello spoke with a few of those members throughout the day.
