Mortensen talks about how she wants to create a pop-quizz show, but it has “been a journey promoting this album. But I don’t do damage control for them, because they didn’t sign up to promote me. I have my own PR company that got me in here.”

Do you have a part time job extracurricular activity or other addiction? Yes, you could be the poster child for an addictive personality.
Lead vocalist for Sultry Valeree discusses how the song, “Pour Out”, serves as a reflection of her sobriety. She also chatted addiction and explained that she has patterned her relationships, sex, substance abuse and sobriety after one another many times in the past.
With so much to work with, singer Valeree is grateful for her addiction. Though it seems difficult sometimes, she manages to stay inspired every time addiction rears its head.
If she could give advice to a songwriter from the past, the result is better now as a wiser me with more maturity and years of experience, Valeree would tell you that there’s no need to rush.

BTR: What should be can looking out for in the future of your music?
As of yet, Valeree has played live and released a new track, “Copshow” which she’ll be playing on November 4th in LA. She also just announced that we can expect her first EP later this year.
