When the NYC Coffee Festival came back around we craved a caffeine fix. This year’s exhibition did not disappoint. Just like last year, Metropolitan Pavilion percolated with coffee roasters, brewers, baristas, tea steepers and a whole world of coffee tools and gadgets.
The festival was brimming with panels, demonstrations and immersive experiences. Caffeinated concoctions were abundant and delightful and highlights included cold brew lattes with peoples’ photographs printed on them, Puerto Rican specialty drink coquito (sans rum, but boozy options abounded) and a campfire s’mores special.
Bryan Bruchman checked out the event and tried to remember to stay hydrated between espresso shots.
