No Pants Subway Ride - Photoblog

BTR’s Lauren Hawker arrived at Foley Square yesterday with all of the other “No Pants Subway Ride” participants to observe one of the many groups riding the subway uptown (sans trowsers) and back to Union Square.

This unique annual gathering has three requirements: Ride the subway, don’t bring your pants, and keep a straight face. Organized by Improv Everywhere in New York annually as well as 60 other cities across the world, “No Pants” proves to be the ultimate test in body confidence.

The event symbolizes the freedom of thoughts and possibilities without societal barriers or restrictions for many of those who took part in Sunday afternoon’s spectacle.
