Holiday Season in NYC - PHOTOBLOG
ADDITIONAL CONTRIBUTORS BTR Editorial

The winter holiday season is perhaps one of the brightest New York City sees all year. This past Wednesday Dec. 4, there were two very special occasions for everyone to enjoy.

Wednesday also marked the 8th and final night of Hanukkah, the Festival of Lights, and the Jewish community of New York came out in fine form for music, presents for the kids, and dancing in the soft glow of the over 30 foot tall menorah.

In the borough across the river, thousands of people swarmed to the center of Manhattan to enjoy the annual celebration of lighting the Rockefeller Christmas Tree in Rockefeller Plaza. The 76 ft. Norway Spruce lit up without a hitch, accompanied by celebrity performances and holiday wishes to the crowd. From all of us here at BTR, may your holiday season look just as bright!
