The Chinese New Year in NYC - PHOTOBLOG

ADDITIONAL CONTRIBUTORS BTR Editorial

Out with the snake, and in with the horse! One can always expect Chinese New Year to bring about an apocalyptic sea of confetti, and this year’s celebration in New York City was no exception. The NYPD blocked off Mott Street, East Broadway, and Eldridge Street in after the parade on Sunday, forcing swarms of people to navigate down the narrow backstreets of Chinatown.

Saddle up NYC! Looks like all that colorful confetti will soon be smothered in a blanket of snow.
