This year was extra tricky for BTR Live Studio Sessions. We usually have bands come join us at Serious Business Music in Brooklyn, where we record their performances on video as well as an interview, but that became impossible because of the pandemic. How were we going to spread the gospel of one-of-a-kind live music sessions if we can’t even have the artists all in one spot, let alone have them in an actual studio to record?
Well, 2020 became a year to get extra creative, especially in terms of live performances. So many bands and artists that we love let us invade their personal space to share at home performances and spoke with one of our hosts to give us insight into their world in the time of COVID. Thank you so much to all of the musicians to shared an at home session with us, you helped get us through an extremely challenging year.
