Welcome to a particularly summery edition of Thirsty Thursday here on Dish + Drink. It has been quite some time since I posted a beer cocktail recipe, so the height of the season seems like the perfect time to do so. This drink in particular has all of the best parts of summer wrapped up into one oaky, mildly spicy, and sweet cocktail.
What you’ll need:
6 oz Shock Top Honey Bourbon Cask Wheat
2 oz bourbon
3 oz Diet 7-Up
1 oz lemonade
Combine the ingredients in a glass and stir. Garnish with the lemon wheel and serve.
