Happy Accident Cocktail

A few nights ago, I found myself craving a negroni, but when I went to gather the necessary ingredients I learned I was out of Campari. Instead, I reached for triple sec, a lemon, and a clementine. I hardly know what to call this aromatic and citrusy cocktail (other than a happy accident), but I’ll be making this again.

What you’ll need:
2 oz gin
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz triple sec
1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 1/2 oz fresh squeezed clementine juice

Directions:
Combine the gin, vermouth, triple sec, lemon juice, and clementine juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a coupe or martini glass and serve.
