It’s already Thirsty Thursday this week here on Dish + Drink! Tomorrow is the first day of summer, so I thought it best fit to make something extra summery for the cocktail of the week. This recipe is one to add to your repertoire as it is perfect when you’re in a hurry trying to make drinks for everybody!
What you’ll need:
1 can Fresca
2 shots Gin
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and pulse until it reaches a slushy-like consistency. Pour into a tall glass and serve with a straw and strawberry slice for garnish.
I like this cocktail especially on the hottest of days because the flavor is light and it’s frozen. It works well for barbecues too, just be sure to keep it cold if you intend to serve it to the masses. Enjoy!
