Welcome to another special edition of Sunday Brunch here on Dish + Drink. I’ve done my fair share of boozy brunch posts and, with Memorial Day just 24 hours away, I think we could all use some last minute warm weather shot recipes. Below you will find a frozen lemon drop shot, a frozen gin fizz shot, and a frozen dark and stormy shot.

What you’ll need for 4 lemon drop shots:
2 oz vodka
3/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
Pinch of turbinado sugar
Ice

Directions:
Blend and pour into the shot glasses to serve.

What you’ll need for 4 gin fizz shots:
2 oz gin
1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 oz club soda
Pinch of turbinado sugar
Ice

Directions:
Blend and pour into the shot glasses to serve.

What you’ll need for 4 dark and stormy shots:
2 oz dark rum
1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz ginger beer
Ice

Directions:
Blend and pour into the shot glasses to serve.

I know I’ve been a bit neglectful of our readers who prefer to stay away from alcohol, so with some of the above ingredients you can whip up a delicious mocktail for your BBQ guests who aren’t drinking or are playing the role of designated driver.

What you’ll need for the ginger beer cocktail:
3 oz club soda
2 oz ginger beer
1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
Ice

Directions:
Add ice to a shaker. Pour in the club soda, ginger beer, and lemon juice. Shake and strain over ice in a rocks glass to serve.
