Welcome to another edition of Dish + Drink’s Sunday Brunch here on BTR. This week, I’m forgoing egg talk for a little pick-me-up instead. Of course brunch food is fantastic, but there’s no brunch without a little bit of booze.
What you’ll need:
1 can Fresca
4 oz citrus vodka
1 oz triple sec
Slice the skin away from the mango and roughly chop the flesh. Combine the mango, vodka, triple sec, and Fresca in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy and serve.
This cocktail is both fruity and light, yes, but it’s also unexpected. Almost all brunches include mimosas and/or bloody marys, so this drink will most certainly impress your guests.
