Labor Day weekend is here, which means it’s time for one last hurrah of the summer jam-packed with BBQ fun (not to mention some boozy Sunday Brunch).

What you’ll need:
2 oz gin
1 oz St Germain
1 oz water
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tsp simple sugar
3 mint sprigs
Ice

Directions:
Muddle 1 mint sprig in the bottom of 2 highball glasses. Put the gin, St. Germain, water, lemon juice, simple sugar, and ice in a shaker. Shake well and pour over the muddled mint. Garnish with the remaining mint sprig and lemon wedge.

What’s great about this drink is that it’s aromatic and can be paired with any brunch foods. It’s also light enough to drink throughout the day without overdoing it.

This a perfect way to close out the summer. Happy Labor Day weekend!
