Brunchy Mule

It’s been a short while since Sunday Brunch has focused on the boozy side of the meal. With brunch season on the horizon, it’s time to prepare with the best Sunday morning elixirs there are. This cocktail is a bit of a happy accident, but as it turns out it cures the morning nausea for me far better even than a mimosa.

What you’ll need:
2 oz citrus vodka
2 oz Fresca
1 oz ginger beer
1 oz lime juice

Place ice in the bottom of a rocks glass and top with the vodka, Fresca, ginger beer, and lime juice. Mix with a cocktail stirrer and serve.
