Boozy Coffee Punch

To me, one of the weirdest parts about brunch is the sheer number of drinks each patron has at any point in time: a glass of water, a mimosa, and probably a cup of coffee. You should always have a glass of water with you when you are drinking (or doing anything for that matter), but there’s no reason why your boozy brunch can’t contain boozy coffee, right?

This iced coffee punch is the perfect fusion of the two and tastes just as great without the alcohol for any guests you may have that won’t be drinking.

What you’ll need:
4-6 cups cold-brewed coffee
1 cup dark spiced rum or coffee-flavored tequila
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp coffee ice cream
2 tsp Splenda
1 tsp cocoa powder

Directions:
Combine the coffee, almond milk, ice cream, cocoa powder, and Splenda in a blender. Pour into a pitcher and add the rum or tequila. Stir and serve over ice.
