Yogurt and Honey Covered Raisins

Super Bowl Sunday usually consists of loads of fried food, cheese, and beer. If you, like so many Americans did yesterday, overindulged, this recipe will help you get back on track. The prep work hardly gets simpler than this, but you will need to leave plenty of time for the yogurt to settle.

What you’ll need:
2 cups raisins
1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tsp clover honey

Put the raisins, yogurt, and honey in a plastic bag. Shake until the raisins are coated and then place them in a freezer-safe bowl.

Freeze over night if possible or for at least 3 hours before eating.
