For me, one of the best parts of summer is, arguably, the fact that it is consistently iced coffee weather. Of course, I can admit to buying iced coffee far more frequently than I should, but this iced coffee is easily worth the home effort. You don’t need a milk frother to make the froth, just a blender.

What you’ll need:
1 cup coffee, cold-brewed
1/4 cup almond milk
2 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp peanut butter

Once the coffee is brewed, pour it in a blender. Add the milk, yogurt, sugar, and peanut butter. Toss in a handful of ice cubes and blend until smooth.

Pulse once to reach the desired frothy texture and pour over ice to serve.
