In the interest of continuing my Monday smoothie trend, I went searching in my kitchen for fruits I haven’t used of late and found mangoes and apricots. The tanginess in the mango and orange juice pairs well with the sweetness of the banana and apple, making this taste almost like a heightened version of your morning glass of orange juice.
What you’ll need:
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup mango, sliced
Slice the apple away from the core and slice the apricot away from the pit.
Pour the orange juice into a blender and add the banana, apple, apricot, and mango slices. Add a small handful of ice and blend until smooth. Serve in one 12 oz glass or two 6 oz glasses.
