Garbage Protein Smoothie

In gearing up to head out of town for the weekend, I needed to rid my refrigerator of some produce. What better way to do that than to just throw it all in a blender? You can use almost any fruit in a smoothie as long as the flavors pair well with each other. This one is light and fruity, but the protein and almonds will keep you full all morning.

What you’ll need:
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup honey dew, cubed
1/8 cup mango, cubed
1/8 cup red grapes, sliced
1/8 cup almonds, crushed
1 tbsp cottage cheese, whipped

Add all of the ingredients to the blender and whip until smooth before serving in a 16oz glass.
