Chips are one of my biggest weaknesses when it comes to snack foods, which is why I don’t keep any in my house. Unfortunately, that whole “out of sight, out of mind” concept doesn’t work for me when it comes to chip cravings, so I vowed to perfect my own. These sweet potato chips taste better than the sweet potato chips you can buy in stores and they are better for you too. Essentially, you’re just eating a baked potato, but it’ll squash your cravings.

What you’ll need:
3 sweet potatoes, washed
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp Hungarian sharp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp dried thyme
Olive oil

Preheat oven to 425.

Thinly slice the sweet potatoes and place them in a bowl. Stir in 2 tablespoons olive oil and add the spices. Mix well and line on a baking sheet. Add extra olive oil if needed and bake for 30-45 minutes or until brown and crispy.
