Sour Melon Smoothie

Lately, Monday means another smoothie recipe and this one is a personal favorite. It requires just a few ingredients and is amongst the easiest to make. The cantaloupe and granny smith apple are a near-perfect pair and the sour melon flavor tastes far more like an afternoon treat than a healthy breakfast.

What you’ll need:
1 cup cantaloupe, cubed
1 granny smith apple, sliced
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
Ice

Directions:
Place the fruit at the bottom of a blender. Add the Greek yogurt and orange juice before topping with the ice. Blend until smooth and serve in a 12-ounce glass.
