This fiesta salsa dip is a crowd pleaser. Once you introduce it to your friends, they are guaranteed to rave about it. The short prep time and brief list of ingredients makes it perfect for college students, or for anyone trying to whip up something delicious in less than 30 minutes.

Serves 6-8 people.

What you’ll need:
1 package Monterey Jack cheese or Mexican cheese
16 oz salsa
1 block cream cheese
1 bag tortilla chips
1 pie pan

Preheat oven to 425.

Spread entire package of cream cheese evenly on bottom of baking pan. Next, empty the entire jar of salsa on top of the cream cheese, spreading it out evenly. Then, sprinkle the Monterey Jack cheese on top. Use at lease 3/4 of the package, covering every inch of the salsa with cheese.

Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy your fiesta!
