Spicy Salmon Dip

During early autumn there tends to be a lull in dinner parties and barbecues. I say, this is the perfect time to throw one. The weather is usually accommodating and people tend to have fairly open schedules. Fall is my favorite time of year and one of the best ways to be festive is to do so effortlessly. This salmon dip is orange on its own and doesn’t contain food coloring making it the perfect appetizer for early fall (the dip itself is still a bit summery).

What you’ll need:
1 cup canned salmon
1 tsp mayonnaise
1/4 tsp lime juice

In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and lime juice. Add sriracha to taste until the spicy mayo reaches the desired heat.

Add the salmon and break it up with a fork. Mix well to combine until the salmon is coated in the mayo.

Remove from the mixing bowl and place in a serving bowl. Plate some vegetable chips, veggie sticks, or pretzels and serve.
