Sesame Kale Ramen

In an attempt to soak up the last bits of summer sun and warm weather, I intend to post some easier recipes over the course of the next few days. This one in particular can’t be cooked on the grill, but you’ll be spending a minimal amount of time doing the prep work so you can maximize your time outdoors.

What you’ll need:
1 package ramen noodles
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup kale
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp teriyaki sauce
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1/4 tsp powdered ginger
1/4 tsp Mongolian fire oil

Remove the ramen from the package and throw away the seasoning. Cook the ramen in the chicken stock until the noodles are soft.

Remove most of the chicken stock and let the noodles cool a bit. Stir in the kale, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, ginger, and oil. Garnish with the sesame seeds and serve.
