If you’re looking for a last-minute, healthy—and protein-packed—dip recipe for your next dinner party, look no further. White bean dip is wildly easy to make and is a definite crowd pleaser. It requires just a small handful of ingredients that are likely already in your pantry and it goes great right on top of or alongside your cheese board. Some olives couldn’t hurt, either.
What you’ll need:
1 can small white beans, rinsed
2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp dry white wine
1 tsp garlic, chopped
1 tsp Florida seasoned pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until it reaches the desired consistency. Add water if needed and pulse again.
Remove the dip from the processor and place in a serving bowl. Let it sit at room temperature for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Serve with toasted French or panella bread.
