I have probably done chicken 50 different ways (at least) since the launch of Dish + Drink, but few are as easy as this recipe. It requires a small handful of standard kitchen ingredients and very little in the way of preparation. The flavor is bold and slightly sweet, making this chicken dish a great one to serve at parties.

What you’ll need:
3 boneless chicken breasts, trimmed
1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp clover honey
2 tbsp dry white wine
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp Florida seasoned pepper
Olive oil

Preheat the oven to 350.

Slice the chicken long-ways before pounding it. Then, brine the chicken.

After 30 minutes, dredge the chicken in the flour and the pepper. Heat the oil in a large skillet and cook the chicken in batches. Keep the chicken warm in the oven until all batches are cooked.

Then, pour the sauce in the hot skillet. Let it reduce, then put the chicken in and turn it to coat. Continue to reduce for another minute and then serve.
