It’s time to revisit my Bloody Mary Series as it has been several months and brunch season is finally upon us. Instead of serving the traditional Bloody Mary this Easter, serve up this vinegary and aromatic one. The Red Snapper calls for gin instead of vodka, but mine also calls for capers, which are something of a secret ingredient here.

What you’ll need:
4 oz V8
2 oz gin
1/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 tsp extra hot horse radish
1 dash worcestershire sauce
2 capers
Sea salt
Lemon wedge

Directions:
First, rim a highball glass with the sea salt and fill it with ice. In a shaker, combine ice, the V8, worcestershire sauce, horse radish, gin, and lemon juice. Shake well and strain over the ice in the glass.

Garnish with the capers and lemon wedge before serving.
