New Year's Eve: Smoked Gouda Pull-Apart Tart

If you’re looking for a quick last-minute appetizer recipe for tonight, you have come to the right place. This “tart” doesn’t require too many ingredients, nor does it require much prep work.

What you’ll need:
4 pieces of multigrain bread, thin-sliced
1 apple
1 pear
1 wedge smoked gouda, thin-sliced
3 tbsp hot peach preserves

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Butter the bread with the margarine and break it up until it fits into the bottom of the tart dish.

Line the bread with the gouda slices. Then, slice the apple and pear and line the cheese with them, alternating between apple and pear.

Pour over the peach preserves and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese melts and fruit browns.

Serve in the dish and pull apart to eat.
