Fitness Week Recipe: Mint Chocolate Protein Shake

Welcome to the first day of BTR’s Fitness Week. I’d be remiss not to join in on the fun here on Dish + Drink because, truth be told, all the exercise in the world won’t make you fit without pairing it with a healthy diet.

This protein shake will satisfy your milkshake cravings while also maintaining high levels of protein and relatively low levels of fat, calories, and even sugar.

What you’ll need:
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
3 Trader Joe’s Mini Dark Chocolate Mint Stars

Combine the ingredients in a blender and whip until smooth. Serve in a tall glass with a straw.
