Drunken Steak

There’s nothing better than a big, old cut of steak! Try this delicious recipe that’s bursting with flavor. And, while you’re at it, pour yourself a cup of whiskey to enjoy at the same time.

What You’ll Need:
Flank Steak
2 Oranges
3 Shallots
1/3 cup of Bourbon or Whiskey
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 cloves of garlic

Cut oranges into quarters, rough chop shallots, and mince garlic.
Put in a mixing bowl, then add remaining wet and dry ingredients.
Pour into a ziplock bag, then add steak.
Marinate in refrigerator for a few hours, or overnight.
Heat cast iron skillet or grill to medium-high heat; cook steak for three to four minutes a side, until desired cook level is reached.
Let rest for five minutes, slice, and serve!
