Mussels With Chorizo and White Wine

Delicious! Easy! Cheap! If you’re craving seafood, mussels are the way to go.

What You’ll Need:
1lb mussels
One shallot
One clove of garlic
Dry White Wine
Chorizo
Butter

Directions:
In a large pot, heat butter. Chop garlic and shallot, add to pot and cook until translucent.
Chop up one piece of chorizo and add to pot.
Add mussels, and pour wine over so until they cover mussels.
Put lid on pot and boil, then reduce boil to a simmer.
Cook until mussels open up. Serve with baguette to sop up the delicious juices!
