A whole roasted fish is the perfect dish to serve in Spring and Summer–It’s light, easy, and definitely an impressive statement dish for company. This recipe features Branzino; it has classic Mediterranean flavors, and a little bit of spice for a twist!
What You’ll Need:
Red Pepper Flakes
Dry white wine
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place fish inside of a roasting pan.
Cut lemon into rounds and stuff inside of fish.
Take a tablespoon full of capers and place half inside of fish, and half surrounding.
Cut a quarter of a stick of butter, place half inside of fish and half on top.
Slice green olives and sprinkle on top.
Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Pour 1/4 cup of white wine on top.
Place fish in oven and cook for fifteen minutes, remove and spoon surrounding liquid on top.
Place fish back in oven and broil for approximately five minutes, until skin is crispy.
Remove from oven, move to serving platter, and pour remaining marinade into a gravy boat to flavor fish.
Serve, and enjoy!
