This is a simple, delicious meal that requires just a few ingredients, and even less time! Whip it up on a lazy weeknight when you want something comforting and delicious that’s not too labor intensive.
What You’ll Need:
One package of store-bought Gnocchi
In a large saucepan, heat half a stick of butter on medium-high. Add one teaspoon of brown sugar.
Crush three whole garlic cloves and add to butter.
Chop a generous helping of fresh sage and add to butter, cook until butter is browned and sage is crispy.
Remove the whole cloves of garlic.
In a pot, boil water. Add a pinch of salt, and your gnocchi.
Cook eight to ten minutes (or until gnocchi floats.)
Drain gnocchi, and add to brown butter mixture.
Shave parmesan on top, mix, and serve!
