Welcome to Third Eye Weekly. On this podcast we try and answer the big questions with intimate, personal narratives that give insight into the human experience that others might over-look.
It’s self week here at BTR, and for today’s podcast we’ll talk with Houman Bidarmaghz, the owner of Phoenix Martial Arts and a 5th degree taekwondo black belt. He’s been practicing MMA since he was 6 years old, was a liaison to the Iranian national taekwondo team and co-coach of the first ever Iranian MMA team.
He’s here today to speak with us about what it takes to become a success MMA fighter, the benefits of MMA classes, and how it improves your overall well-being.
Be sure to check us out as we take our questions for Self Week to the streets!
