Welcome back to Third Eye Weekly. On this podcast we try and answer the big questions with intimate, personal narratives that give insight into the human experience that others might over-look.
We’re joined by special guest Dr. Robert Nolan, a senior scientist at the Peter Munk Cardiac Center at the University Health Network and an associate professor at the University of Toronto. He’s also the lead author of a recent study that shows that web-based counseling, also known as electronic counseling or “e-counseling,” can actually help reduce blood pressure.
