We’ll talk with Janice Neitzel, principal and founder of Sustainable Solutions, helps work towards responsible food sourcing for service companies. She’ll speak with us about how she founded Sustainable Solutions and the company’s focus in both animal well-being and food waste reduction.
We’ll also chat with Susan Welsh, a food waste specialist. Welsh speaks with us about the company’s ability to provide Food Waste Reduction services based on the EPA’s WasteWise Recovery Hierarchy to create custom food waste reduction programs to meet and exceed solid waste disposal regulations for Fortune 500 foodservice companies.
Lastly, for our Third Eye perspective, we will be featuring our interview with Dana Gunders, who authored the book, “Waste-Free Kitchen Handbook.” Gunders gives advice for anyone at home to save and make use of food before it’s wasted.
